his circuit has been secret.
leaving us to use other circuits and asume things....
i have his circuit and i am almost done with it.
the 12 volts is supply to the circuit. the 92 volts is suplied to the cell. the cicuit just controls the mains voltage. the variac turns the voltage up and down.....the circuit pulses the mains voltage
